Conditional Trading Areas

Vessels insured with DNK are allowed to trade world wide except those areas or limits that are conditional or excluded as designated by the Association.

The Association may decide that certain areas shall be designated as conditional areas or as excluded areas. In other words, DNK will be entitled to change a previously-established trading area while the insurance is running.

The ship may still sail in conditional areas, but subject to an additional premium. Areas designated as excluded areas fall outside the trading area of the insurance.

Regarding new entries on the list of conditional trading areas, DNK refers to the lists issued by the London Market represented in the Joint War Committee.
